#73 Polina Shchukina Polina Shchukina 6'2" FL
Shchukina used her size and strength to establish position, box out, and pursue rebounds. She secured an offensive board while protecting the ball, drove into the middle, and drew fouls. She also showed mobility by bringing a rebound upcourt and holding her own for a stretch when switched onto a guard. Her positioning was one of the stronger parts of her performance. Shchukina was very impressive with her ability to grab and go. Not only did she handle the ball well on the break, but she was very good at delivering the pass. On one play, she initiated the break and delivered a long bounce pass to a teammate for the layup.
