She has a solid overall skill set and understands how to impact the game in different ways offensively.
Pickett moves well without the basketball, can score from the perimeter, and has the size and physicality to compete on the wing. She also plays with effort defensively and brings a strong competitive edge every time she steps on the court. As her game continues to expand, she has the potential to become a very complete player that college coaches will enjoy evaluating down the road.

I like her height, how she can grab the rebound, turn around and shoot! Pickett is automatic from the charity stripe and is a great finisher around the basket! Excellent on fast breaks! Reliable hands! Terrific Rebounder! She is fundamentally all-around solid!

For her age, she has nice footwork around the rim, can catch and score. Very versatile player, complete inside or out. Has a great understanding of the game, which I think will transcend into being an early factor at the high school level.
