Riley is a newcomer to the rankings but her addition to the list is long overdue with the offensive game she bring. She is a scorer who can get things going from all levels of the floor and make defenses work to slow her down. Her combination of size and skill also allows her to take advantage of mismatches and create scoring opportunities in different situations.

At 29 points per game, Riley is the leading scorer among juniors in the state and she’s doing it in a variety of ways. Whether it’s in the paint or on the perimeter, she finds ways to put constant pressure on the defense, highlighted by seven 30+ point performances this season. Her offensive production has been a driving force behind her team sitting at 13-3 right now.
