The Hartford guard is a player I like more and more each time I watch her play. Kupper has been one of the most talented ball handlers and creators in the state. Her ability to put the ball in the basket is on par with everyone in her class. She has also improved defensively in her three years and has been more engaged on that end of the floor than she had been in the past. Kuepper will continue her playing career in her home state in the Horizon League at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

The Hartford guard has been on the rise over the past year. Kuepper has always been a player who can make plays on the offensive end of the floor. The Oriole can handle the ball, create space, score from all three levels, and play her best against the best teams she sees in the high school season or over the summer. Most importantly, Kuepper has continued to improve on the defensive end of the floor.
