Players like this are the first on the floor, the first to communication back in transition, and they don’t ask any questions. They just take direction and go to work. That’s what we have here with Ruby Phelps Ruby Phelps St. Mary's-Storm Lake | 2027 IA of St. Mary’s Storm Lake High School. Phelps has stepped up for 13 Charges this Winter so far throughout our first few games of the season. She has shown that she is willing to lay her body on the line multiple times a game and it’s paid off. As you might imagine, this is the highest amount of Charges on the Winter. Last season the high for the Winter by one prospect throughout the state was 21 so Phelps is on pace to demolish that number. She just needs to keep on doing the same thing.
