Sampson’s game has polish that goes beyond most sophomores. She can create her own shot from deep or from the midrange in a 1-on-1 situation, and she’s just as dangerous as a spot-up threat. She is the kind of shooter that can go on a personal 9-0 run in a moment’s notice, but she’s also got the strength to play with her back to the basket, which makes her stand out from most guards. She is an extremely smart player who doesn’t force anything or dribble herself into trouble. Sampson played with supreme confidence, which will serve her well through her high school career and beyond.

Safine is a player who excels in both downhill and on-court attacks. Her strength allows her to create space in the paint, while her dribbling skills enable her to find open teammates or reach her designated spots. Her AAU season has been solid too, being able to continue to contribute against high level competition.

Safine has been a consistent player for her squad this year, producing productive minutes when on the court. She knows how to attack downhill with either hand and uses her strength to get open buckets deep in the paint. She knows how to utilize her dribbles by getting to her spots or finding her open teammates. She’s a riser in the 2029 class.

SaFine has a very well rounded offensive game. When she attacks, she has a plethora of moves she utilizes to blow by defenders or get open looks in the paint. She uses her strength to her advantage, being able to out-body opposing players when going for rebounds or sealing in the paint. 

Safine was one of the best offensive players of the showcase, scoring from all 3 levels during 5v5 play. She rebounded the ball well, attacking the glass on both ends of the court. She was a solid facilitator when handling the ball, locating her open teammates or finding her spots nicely. Sampson has a bright future.
