She handles the ball well under pressure taking it coast to coast on her own off of these turnovers. is a shifty guard using her speed and change of direction moves to get to the basket scoring her points. Her ability to knock down shots from deep makes her a threat from all over the court. She can explode in passing lanes grabbing steals and taking it the other direction not backing down from contact.

The Gryphons of Thomas Jefferson Classical Academy faced one of its stiffest tests at this point in the season in the form of 4A Blue Ridge. Jones helped her Gryphons pass said test to the tune of 15 points en route to a 49-47 victory over the Tigers. While Jones can give a team productive minutes as either a one or two guard, Jones has also displayed she can play at the three. She gives a team emphatic finishes at the rim and is a skilled rebounder, passer and defender. Out of the 15 she tallied for Thomas Jefferson, eight occurred in the first half of play.

has a nice touch with the ball being able to score around the rim. She does well grabbing rebounds on both ends of the court, and the runs the floor well being ready for the pass in transition. She doesn’t back down from contact attacking the basket making sure her team comes away with some points.

Jones makes things happen on the court with her teammates. She is extremely fast. Jones has a high basketball IQ and special anticipation skills. She can shoot a passing lane, steal a post pass, or grab a rebound to start the fastbreak. Jones is an amazing athlete, and she is super-skilled. She shoots the basketball well from three and can create space for her jump shot in the paint. Jones can change a game with her ability to score, rebound on both ends, or turn the opposing team over. Jones is ready for a special season at Thomas Jefferson.

When Jones creates a steal, she has the ability to dribble the length of the floor and score through contact. knocked down her shot from deep sliding into the openings to show off her range on multiple occasions. She hustled up the court being ready for the pass and bucket on fast breaks. She’s quick pushing the ball up the court making some nice moves to get her points.
