About Samiah

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

My best position would be as an off the ball shooting guard. I would say my 3-pt shot makes me stand out among others, but I'm very efficient balancing scoring, passing, dribbling and defense. I don't care about my stats. I want my team to win and whatever I have to do to make that happen, that's my focus.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I'm in control. Efficiency is the key for me. Under control and smart play style. I love to analyze the defense and determine how I can maneuver through it.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

I've had to play for my father as a head coach. This has not been easy because I've had to deal with accusations of favortism, but it has lead to me putting in a lot of extra time.

What type of college are you looking for?

I would like to play basketball at a 4-year university and be a part of something special.
