Paulus has been one of those players who keep improving, and “on the court” progression is something I love to see. @playerrimidies caught her a few times this season, so I was glad to see her again after a year see evaluations here. Her DESIRE inside the paint to not only go AFTA the ball but finish strongly on putbacks is something you can’t teach. She defended strongly and scored off the dribble

The first thing that stands out with Paulus is her hands as she secures passes most players fumble, and she just absorbs the ball like a glove. Only a sophomore, she has a sturdy frame, can score at all three levels, and plays with a team-first decision-making temperament from the wing. She finished with a double-double (17 points, 11 rebounds) along with 3 assists and 3 steals — a well-rounded impact player clearly trending toward a breakout year.
