Mcfarlin showed me a different look at that same Texas Invitational see evaluation here and her being “long and athletic” with plenty of upside grabbed my attention years ago. I mentioned her ballhandling while being defended has gotten better and seeing her go coast to coast after rebounding to score got me going, yet her constantly moving inside the paint gave defenders problems as she scored around the basket

Mefarlin is “long and athletic” which will always be the base. I say that a lot but I’ve been saying several things for over a decade many don’t or never will get but peep this, that can get you on many next-level shortlists. I enjoyed her going after everything off the rim, she even handled the ball after rebounding. Her defense, both in and outside the paint was nice yet her turnaround jumper to score was a bonus for me
