Furst is listed at 5-foot-10 and can utilize every bit of that height to her advantage. She fuses together height with defensive ability along with length which makes her very difficult to score against. Her own scoring ability can be described as versatile as she can connect on high-percentage tries near the rim as well as those out in the perimeter. Furst plays both volleyball and basketball and was part of a 4A Middle Creek 2023-24 rendition that finished with a record of 22-6.

Sarah Grace Furst has a smooth outside shot. She is a big guard with range from deep behind the three-point line. Furst has a great feel for the game and can shoot passing lanes and create easy scoring opportunities for her team on defense. She is an exceptional athlete who has fantastic timing. She can block or alter multiple shots in each game for ABC Lightning.

is an amazing athlete for Middle Creek. She has tremendous speed for a forward, and Furst can jump out of the gym. On any rebound, Furst has the athletic ability to jump in the air, grab the rebound, and finish without ever hitting the ground. She can also drive to the rim from the high post and score. Furst is burst of energy off the bench for the Mustangs.

showed off her range shooting the ball. She could shoot off the pass or create her own space with a dribble. Her hands were constantly getting in the way on defense knocking the ball away. She attacked the gaps sliding into the openings being ready for the pass and shot on the block. Her long passes up the court on fast breaks were on target.
