Shannon has picked up a number of Division I offers over the past few months as her recruitment continues to grow. She is a very good mid-range shooter and also uses her strength effectively when posting up and finishing around the basket. Shannon attacks the rim aggressively and does a good job initiating contact to earn trips to the free-throw line.

O’Leary should be moving up class ranks shortly. Her performance over the summer earned her college interest which converted to an offer from Colgate. The lefty forward has great footwork, gets position quickly and has dynamic power coming out of the post. On top of that Shannon can knock down midranges regularly. Defensively, she’s pretty solid too, showing the ability to contain various types of post players. Shannon’s stock is certainly going up.

A forward that functions well in and around the paint on both sides of the ball. Offensively, Shannon makes herself a big target plus she’s an ideal option for drivers looking for someone to find behind the defense. O’Leary finishes from various angles with a soft touch. Defensively, the 6’1 forward provides excellent help and comes through with enough physical strength to give players a hard time in individual matchups.
