First time watching Shay play and what stood out besides her game was how she just kept coming at her opponent every possession Understandable why she is ranked highly at the point guard with the strong skill set she plays with. Friday night it was her 3 point shooting and aggressive downhill play that caught my attention as well as several coaches.

Her game took a leap from last year, with her improved confidence on the offensive end. She stepped up in big moments, knocking down shots and attacking the rim. Defensively, she made it tough difficult for guards by being scrappy, forcing steals and applying relentless pressure in the backcourt.
