Player Bio

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I am a shooting guard with a quick and smooth release, and my shooting ability opens lanes for me to be able to drive the lane and facilitate. I am a pass-first guard who takes pride in hard-nosed defense. I can drive the lane and either facilitate or get to the rim with an extension into scoring. I am also a good off-the-ball player, always on the move and looking for weak spots in their defense.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I value my mentality off the court as much as I do on. I try to have the next play mentality and be very enthusiastic when on the bench, cheering on my teammates. I am also always first to pick up my teammates and be there for them after a mistake or good play, as I value relationships with teammates a lot.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I am a No Place for Hate Ambassador at my school, and am in Mental Health Club, Spanish Club, and SADD Club.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I have developed teamwork a lot being on a state championship team, as one of the most integral parts to being able to go that far is the relationships the players have. I also have developed community service both through basketball and not, as I volunteer at a library and also have volunteered coaching and coaching basketball camps for young girls.

What type of college are you looking for?

I am looking for a high academic college where I can play basketball and also be set up for success later in life. I value academics as much as I do athletics and want to have an opportunity to do great in both in college.
