Sierra is a consistent and confident three-point shooter with a great understanding of shot selection. She knows when to pull the trigger and when to make the extra pass, showing a mature shot IQ that helps keep the offense efficient. Her smooth stroke and steady mechanics make her a reliable option beyond the arc, and she rarely forces attempts out of rhythm. Defenders have to respect her range, which opens up space for her teammates and adds balance to the floor. Sierra’s ability to knock down threes consistently makes her a key asset in any offensive game plan.
