Sloane is an underrated senior but has consistently been playing well for Mt Spokane. She has been stepping up when the team needs, especially against Ferris. She dropped 19 points, pulled down 11 rebounds, had 5 steals on the defensive side, and even dished out 2 assists. Gardner could be a player to watch going into late season play.

Sloane is a fantastic shooter from deep, which was already known if you have seen her play. Her offensive game has been becoming more well rounded, scoring the ball in different ways. Her defensive skills have been great this season too, defending at a high level and gaining steals/deflections for her team. She recently had 17 points, 3 rebounds, and 4 steals against Clarkston.

Gardner is a well rounded offensive player who has an elite deep shot. Not only can she shoot with some of the best shooters in the state but can also put the ball on the court and get downhill effectively with both hands. I have said it before that she deserves to be ranked and not on the watch list, which I could see happening very soon for her. College coaches should have her on their radar as she heads into her senior year.
