Whenever her teammates drove, she positioned herself perfectly in the corner or on the wing for the kick-out three—and she consistently knocked it down. If defenders closed out on her, she showcased one of the best pump/head fakes in the gym, forcing them to jump at her shot. Because her shooting was so reliable, they had to respect it, and before they landed, she was already driving to the rim or finding the open teammate off the defensive rotation. Sophia is a true zone buster—the type of shooter every coach needs to quickly break down a zone defense.
