Her defense is sure to lock down her opponents’ key players, and she can attack the basket with ease battling against anyone who tries to stand in her way. She has a nice shot from deep, too, and she knows how to get her teammates involved on offense hitting them in the hands as they cut to the basket.

A fun kid to watch play because of her energy level. Sophie has a high motor and loves to play defense. She gets after loose balls and loves to get up in the passing lanes. Offensively, she is a good shooter with deep range. Knocking down triples is her thing!! Fritz has signed with King University in Tennessee. They are getting a great kid.

was making some hard cuts to the basket being ready to catch and shoot running full speed. She’s tough on defense too, making the hard cut to get in the way of her opponents’ passes. She’s willing to lay it out on the court to get the steal. She even extended plays with offensive rebounds banking it off the glass for two.

showed off her range shooting the ball, and she runs the floor well on fast breaks being able to attack the basket for some points. Her ability to see the floor helps her find her open teammates. She’s a tough defender showing the reason why she plays at the top of the key slowing down any offensive plays.

‘s energy on the court is certainly contagious as she brings the intensity every time she plays. She is a tenacious defender playing aggressively when guarding the ball, and she understands how to shift and move to always be an asset. She can knock the ball away from a guard dribbling or deflect the pass before it reaches its destination. She takes that aggressiveness to the offensive side pushing the tempo and not backing down from making some tough plays inside.

is already showing that she’s a great shooter being able to put up her shot off a quick release whether she is shooting off a half court set or she is hitting it in transition. She can handle the ball well with speed pushing the tempo for her team, and she understands the right pace for her team as she can certainly pull back waiting for a play to develop. She can anticipate passes well on the other end grabbing steals to take the other direction.

Sophie Fritz took a rebound coast to coast using fakes to get her defenders away and scoring in transition. She ran the court well in transition being ready for the pass and bucket. She didn’t back down when guarding a post player on the block using her strength to derail the offense’s plans. She did well moving the ball around getting the pass on the block and seeing her opening or finding a teammate.
