Sydney represented the Mitten well while playing up in the 17U division with Soil Basketball at the PGH Victory Region Finals. She has length and versatility as a guard/forward that will not only make her an excellent high school player, but a prospect targeted at the next level. Sydney drove hard downhill to cause fouls, dished quick passes to teammates for assists, blocked shots in the paint, and snagged steals on the defensive end. She buried a straightaway three-pointer and pushed the ball quickly up the court with both hands in transition. I anticipate a breakout sophomore season coming for Sydney at Lakeshore.
