She rebounds, she moves, and she doesn’t quit on possessions.. whether she scores or not. Her skillset is versatile, and her frame allows her to be impactful in all facets of the game.

Another key addition to the Kenwood program that has flown under the radar. The recent Roosevelt commit brings presence in the open floor and in the paint for the Broncos. She’s active on the boards, has tremendous length to finish around the rim, and can defend the 3-5. Tillman has tremendous work ethic that goes along with a high motor. Kenwood will be one of the top programs to watch.

Tillman has just improved every time I’ve see her play. The ability to score is there, the length on the defense side allows her to be versatile.. but it’s truly the energy, the motor and the heart to play hard on every single possession. Picking up a strong offer from Lewis University.. Talya has proved to coaches that shes taking major strides in improving her game. I expect her to gain more attention as time as goes in. Tremendous upside.

I love seeing a player develop over the years, and Tillman has progressed with speed. She has a pure shot, strong footwork on the block her length is hard to deal with, and the motor just does not stop. She can defend AND play multiple positions which is rarity these days. After securing her first offer to Lewis University this past week..it wont surprise me when more of them to start to come through. Talya is no where near her potential.

Every game it seems like Tillman adds something new to her skill set. Her hustle and energy stick out immediately and her impact is evident. She has the ability to score, but focuses on the little things. Active on the boards, active in the gap and post.. she gives you 100% on every possession.
