Tameka announced her commitment to North Dakota State College of Science a couple of weeks ago. I think this is a great choice for Limvere where she will be coached by someone I really respect. She will have the opportunity to continue improving and will be a scary player in two years. She earned a spot on the All-EDC team and was Fargo South’s most consistent player and has a lot of potential as a college athlete. She finished her senior season averaging 14 points, 4.7 rebounds, and 2.1 steals per game.

Limvere keeps getting better each time I watch her play. I think she is South’s most talented player and her improvement indicates her having a great work ethic. She is receiving some recruiting attention after having a terrific AAU season. Many regional junior colleges have offered Tameka. Local NAIA school Valley City is her most recent offer. This is a level that I think she will thrive at.

Tameka has had an incredibly productive off-season. She has received multiple offers from regional junior colleges, a level I think she will thrive at. She continues to improve each season and has a high ceiling as an athlete due to her length and athleticism. I think playing a year or two at a JUCO will set her up for future scholarships at 4 year schools. Tameka will be critical at helping Fargo South to their best season in recent memory in 2025-2026.

Tameka is someone who gets better each time I watch her play. She has the physical frame to be a very good high school player and she has the attitude and work ethic to play at the next level. She seems to have put a lot of time into her shot which should translate to better shooting percentages next season. She is off to a hot start this AAU season, recently averaging 17.5 points per game at the Live at The Lakes event.

I have really enjoyed watching Tameka this season and watching her improve as the season progressed. She is a great size for a guard at 5’10 and has above average athleticism. She has improved her shooting and decision making as South made its way through their schedule. She finished the year averaging 10.3 points per game, 5.9 rebounds, 2 assists, and 2.4 steals. She finished the year strong and will have a great offseason and will be key for South going forward.

I visited with Coach Olson and he let me know that Tameka had a great offseason and is ready to “take the next step.” Tameka is a lengthy, athletic guard. She has a good jab step and cuts well. I like her passing, particularly against the press. She was able to help cut down on those costly full-court press turnovers. I am looking for Tameka to be more aggressive this year and use her positive offseason work to have a nice season.
