Riggs made my Watch List after catching her during the club season, and I’m watching her “on the court” progression take her game upwards. Her “hands and footwork” looked good as it helped her score around the basket; she scored fluidly in the paint as well as off the dribble, but she also rebounded and ran the floor on both ends, court vision has shot up

Riggs is a shade under “the magic number” but she plays as if she’s above it, and watching her go AFTA everything off the rim, on both ends, had me smiling. She understands how to get the outlet going, she runs the floor on both ends, and her interior defense was solid. She also gave me the “hands and footwork” score, so she too has some impressive upside
