Tamia Washington, a guard coming out of Shawnee Mission North is a high-energy, two-way player known for her quickness, defensive tenacity, and playmaking ability. She thrives in transition, attacks the basket with purpose, and creates opportunities for teammates with her vision and unselfish play. It is also best not to leave her open beyond the arc, she has range in her shot. On the defensive side of the ball, she applies relentless on-ball pressure, generates turnovers, and brings a toughness that energizes her team. As she continues to develop her perimeter shot and decision-making.
