How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

Versatile. Strong. Great at reading the court. Hard working. Serious.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I am poised, strong minded, and I take constructive criticism well.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

Teams: United As 1 (girls AAU), TopNotch (girls AAU), and UNDERRATED (boys AAU) Awards: The National High School Honors Society (NHHS)

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I have learned to lead by example, to be communicative, to accept feedback, and to trust the process.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

In 7th Grade, I had a life-changing injury, which left me unable to finish my season or train. I pushed myself in physical therapy and trained every chance I got. I was strong minded, pushed through, and came back to the game with passion and vigor.

What type of college are you looking for?

I’m looking for a university/college that is going to push me to be the best version of myself academically and sports wise.

Tamra James Tamra James Tamra James 5'7" | PF/C/C NY is a strong post player, but her game is far from one-dimensional. James certainly is a physical force down low, but her skills extend beyond that. She is nearly unstoppable when she receives the ball on the block. James’s strength overwhelms defenders. Don’t be fooled, however. Tamra can step out and connect on 3-point shots if the defense backs off from her. She can also put the ball on the floor and drive by defenders to score. James loves to mix it up with opponents, and she will bang her way to the basket if need be.
