Taylar Glover was the standout performer of the event, leading all players in the division with 18.3 PPG. A prolific scorer with the ability to score at all three levels, Glover consistently created offense and showed the ability to take over games when needed. Beyond the scoring production, he displayed strong playmaking instincts and did a great job getting teammates involved. Defensively, he competed at a high level and impacted the game on both ends of the floor. With his scoring ability, feel for the game, and two-way impact, Glover was the best all-around player at the event and showed excellent long-term potential and upside.

Lady Snipers got its time at the Phenom Hoops Queen City Showcase off the right pair of sneakers with a victory over Lake Norman Lightning 16U. A noteworthy standout at 4A Aiken, she displays her toughness whenever her sneakers make contact with the hardwood. Glover understands the art of delivering strong finishes at the rim and can get crafty and creative with how she does so from time to time. Her defense can lead to many occasions where an opposing team is turnover prone. Glover is one of the primary backcourt playmakers for her CSRA-based club assembling. 

Following a blowout loss to 3A Woodruff on the first day of this year’s tournament, Glover helped her 4A Aiken assembling right the ship. In the Green Bracket third place game, she led her team with 10 points in a 43-22 victory over 2A Eau Claire. She stands at 5-foot-7 and can spend plenty of time on the wing. Glover understands what to do with the ball in her hands – including the ability to split defenses as she attacks the rim. Rebounding is another one of the strong points to her game and a good bit of her offense is a byproduct of the solid defense she plays.
