Player Bio
How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?
I can play any position. However, I am a point guard and shooting guard. I am good at handling the ball and being face guarded and most times double teamed. I am good at calculating who is open based on reading floor. I am averaging 18 ppg as a sophomore scoring 17 on a game against the number one team. Hit my 1000 career points as a sophomore. I can shoot 3’s, drive and finish with contact.
Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?
I am focused, driven, and most importantly, determined. I am mentally and physically tough, I never quit or give up. I want more out of lifethan others my age. I am goofy and a team player who cheers and wants others to succeed as well. I love singing and wrote and recorded 2 songs on Spotify. I believe having a balance in your life is the key to any success. My work ethic is pretty intense
Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?
Beta Club, FCCLA, girls of promise. Member of FBLA. Attend state every year. All A’s every semester. Mrs. Viola, home coming nominee.
What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?
I am the leader on our basketball team. I volunteer for non profits and usually am the person giving everyone direction. I take charge usually in every situation. Most people do not want this role. I embrace it. My parents are heavily involved in non profit. I learned at an early age to give back. I use to volunteer at Ronald McDonald House, Women & Children First, when we lived in L R.
Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.
Because of my work ethic and being so driven. I have faced bullying for years. I sing as an outlet to cope. This has helped me through so much having this outlet. My second song I wrote was in reference to bullying. The song was taking the high road and never letting anyone stop you from achieving greatness. My parents are very supportive. They have given me the tools to overcome obstacles.
What type of college are you looking for?
I just want to play the game. I would be honored to play for any college. I love the game and want to continue on playing basketball during my college years. I believe sports builds character and teaches you how to work with others later in life. I have 3 college offers. I am looking for a college who believes in me and my ability. Also, someone who will help me grow as a person on/off court.
