She is a very good rebounder at her position and does a great job of defending with toughness and physicality. A great athlete that is versatile and can play three positions! Had a great showing at The Cherokee Invitational she finished her last game at the event with 14 points 7 rebounds and 3 steals. Early this season she has already shown that she is one of best athletes in the 2025 class in that state of Virginia. A player with D1 interest that is now a scoring option for her team, her stock will continue to climb this season!

Tehya Brewer Tehya Brewer 6'0" | SF/CG TPLS Christan Academy | 2025 State VA reclassifying and transferring is fantastic for her because it puts her in a position to adapt her game. Tehya playing as a wing instead of a big is huge for her recruitment. She has high potential on both ends with her athleticism. Tehya is fluid with the ball in her hands and is great in the paint. Tehya doesn’t take many threes now, but she is a pretty good free-throw shooter, and that is a great indicator that someone will be able to knock down threes. Tehya could be a big riser this season for TPLS.

Tehya has good size and athleticism, she is more of a power forward but looks like she could have been a wing. With her 6-foot frame she can impact the game at both ends of the floor. Defensively, her length allows her to get into gaps. At the offensive end, she has good mechanics and knows how to get a bucket, she averaged 13 points a game 8 rebounds and shot 72 percent from the free throw line.
