has been on a tear this season, averaging 21.1 PPG, 3.1 AST/G, 6.1 REB/G, 2.3 STL/G, and 1.3 BLK/G, stuffing the stat sheet as she aims to make the deepest playoff run of her senior season. Tessa is a leader on the floor, helping put her teammates in position, and a leader by example, as she gives her all every play and fights for every 50/50 ball. Not only will Tessa’s scoring ability set her team up for a successful postseason, but her leadership will be key as well.

The 6’0 senior has truly found her groove as an elite wing scorer, and she proved that with a monster game against power house Cardinal Mooney this past week. O’leary finished the game with 29 points, 8 rebounds and 5 assists. She impressed me with her ability to get to her spots down the stretch and hit clutch shots to keep the Indians within striking distance against tough Cougar defenders.

Is another versatile player in 2025 who checks a lot of boxes on the game sheet. O’Leary handled business over the summer and showed where shooting prowess all over the court. From behind the arc, O’Leary is an efficient shooter who can shoot in the set offense or in transition. O’Leary’s “money” three-ball allows her to keep the defense off balance. O’Leary has the quickness and good footwork and can get by her defender get to the rim and score.

Tessa is an absolute cheat code with her ability to score at all three levels. The 6’0 senior uses her length to create mismatch opportunities when she has the ball. She gets to her spots and shoots over most defenders, and the ones that are her size she uses her underrated quickness and elite footwork to blow by them and finish in the paint. Tessa is elite in transition and runs the floor better than anyone in SWFL. She can also play off the ball and space the floor, making her one of the most versatile players in the 2025 class. The Lynn commit shot almost 50% from the field and 35% from beyond the arc for Duval Elite SWFL this past summer showcasing her ability to be an efficient shooter while leading the team in scoring.

, a recent Lynn University commit, plays the game with an impressive aggressiveness. When the ball is in her hands, she looks to score quickly. As a 6-foot guard, she handles the ball well and shoots off the dribble at an elite level. Her ability to create her own shot makes her a constant offensive threat, and she is a leader on her Venice team. Last season, she averaged 11.7 PPG, leading her team in scoring and shooting 54% from the field. She helped guide her team to the regional finals last year and looks to repeat that success this season.

The 5-11 wing brings all the tools whether it’s length, size and athleticism. O’Leary can play multiple positions out on the floor as well as defend at a high level. O’Leary is an active defender whether it’s getting steals or deflections she seems to be in the right position. O’Leary averaged 16.1 points, 3.7 rebounds and nearly three steals per game last season for Venice.

The 5-11 forward played with a chip on her shoulder when I saw her in the regional semifinals against Plant. O’Leary averaged 16.1 points, 3.7 rebounds and 2.4 assists per game for Venice this season. Her length can cause disruptions on the defensive end as she can get rebounds with the best of them.

The 6-0 sophomore combo guard finished with a double-double (10 points and 11 rebounds) in tonight’s 72-47 region semifinal loss vs Plant. O’Leary was the lone member in double figures for the Lady Indians keeping them in the game for three quarters.
