Expert Analysis
Sam Duren | Prep Girls Hoops Scout
Hard nose guard, who has made sure there has been little drop off for last year’s Class 2A runner ups. Best example of her battler mentality came when she led the Lady Miners to a runner up finish in the Mustang Holiday Classic against bigger school programs. Is a smart and tough defender, often taking charges and forcing steals. And her toughness carries over to the offensive end with how she scores at the rim against bigger foes. Fantastic player who plays with her heart on her sleeve. Is signed with Southern Nazarene in Bethany.

Fantastic week for the top returnee for the 2A runner ups. She was a clutch performer last year during the semifinals and it’s translated in her elevated role. Still has the sparkplug, tough defensive hustle moments with “gimme that” steals and more.
Has made big strides as a handler, and a driver. Attacks fast but under control, able to get to the rim and hit tough shots. Scores off two feet, with a half hook type shot that is aided by her athletic ability to really elevate quickly off the floor.
Helped her small town team to a big upset on Monday, then an overtime win on Tuesday to help them to a runner up finish in a loaded tournament. Davis is writing quite the legacy in her small town before heading off the Southern Nazarene. And seems to have quite the leadership role for the Lady Miners.

Miss Clutch for the Lady Miners. With the score tied and about a minute remaining, Davis drove to the rim, spun, pump faked, stepped through and scored at the rim like it was just another practice drill. The bucket broke the deadlock and helped 2A Hartshorne to a win over the 6A hosts Mustang. As the top returnee from last year, Davis has a bigger role. Last year her energy and off the ball scoring were huge for the 2A running ups, now she’s playing more on the ball and running the show. Stepped up the challenge with 16 points and 3 steals.

This past weekend, Hartshorne defended homecourt at the Pick and Shovel tournament. The Southern Nazarene signee is a sparkplug guard. She had a full stat line of 7 points, 6 rebounds 6 assists and 3 steals against Wilburton. Then followed it up with 12 points and 5 dimes in the title game win over Class 6A Sand Springs. Keep an eye on her freshman running mate Grace Miller Grace Miller OK , who had 17 points vs Sand Springs. They’re also helped by junior Addison Bernardio, a floor spacing threat.
Davis and company will be looking for another tournament title this week in Wilburton. Later this month, they’ll finish up a busy December in the 405 at the Mustang Holiday Classic.

I remember the first time watching Ti’heiress play the first thing that stood out was how athletic her game was. Flip years forward and Ms. Davis is among the top players in the class of 2026. The outside shooting plays in perfect with the aggressive downhill game. Athletic ability shows at the rim and she able to hang just long enough to change the shot avoiding the block. Tough defender on the ball and high IQ off the ball.
Key player last season for Hartshorne in their run to State Runner UP last season. The combo guard has committed to play for Southern Nazarene University after high school

Davis is always a fun watch for her high intensity playing style. Which any highlight tape that includes a charge being taken, is an “A+” in trying to capture a hard nose player’s identity. To round out her high energy style, there’s plays of her racing down the floor. Scoring herself or setting up her teammates. And just like her shooting performance in the Class 2A semifinals last March, Davis is also capable of hitting from three. The senior is wrapping up her grassroots strongly, earning an offer from Arkansas Monticello.

Looking for that athletic players that can play the 2-4 position then check out Ti’Heiress. She has a strong skill set from knocking down the outside shot to posting up a small guard using her physical size to create a scoring opportunity. I really like watching her play when it is a 4-guard offense as she is a very skill guard when attacking the rim. She put together some big games this past season in helping her team reach the State Tournament Finals. Ti’heiress has received offers from NAIA and D2 schools

Energy always get rewarded in basketball. And Davis is very much an energy player. While she’s capable of providing a scoring punch, check out her production in the 2A Semifinals in March with 24 points and multiple threes. But her infectious energy and non stop motor are always what stands out. Even when her shot isn’t falling. The energy she provides on the court is rewarded with wins and production. And now has provided her a next level reward, an offer from Southeastern Oklahoma State.

Davis has been impressing me since I drove to Oklahoma for a camp before her first middle school game. Her energy and skillset immediately grabbed my attention, and watching her score multiple ways since then showed her progression “on the court.”
FEEDBACK “she overpowers whoever is defending her off the dribble” “she finishes strongly after contact” “her jumper was smooth” “great court vision and very undelfish” yet these two right here “she never lets up on the defensive end and she didn’t back down inside the paint, often outrebounding taller players”

A guard that plays the 2-4 spot on the floor depending on what offense you are running. Mid-range game and backdoor cuts make her the perfect 3 guard. Post up moves on the block makes her a guard that can score on smaller defender.
