Gonzalez has been an instant impact player for Millbrook. The decision to transfer has been mutually beneficial. She’s came in with a swagger, playstyle and attitude that’s already influencing the program early on. Tiyara is averaging around 20 ppg this season. Expect the potent junior guard to garner attention from even more next level schools in the coming months.

Thers no denying how skillful Tiyara is. The Millbrook transfer has made a big splash in her new threads and she’s greatly appreciated for her hardworking efforts. Gonzalez will be name to keep a close eye on through the entire year. She’s the #4 ranked pg in the class.

Tiyara is a high-IQ guard whose feel for the game shows in the decisions she makes with the ball. She has a tight handle and changes speeds well, making her difficult to contain. Offensively, she is a consistent threat from the mid-range where she creates space off the dribble, and from three where she knocks down catch-and-shoot opportunities.

Tiyara is featured yet again, but understandably so. Gonzalez is attending Millbrook now, quite a change of pace from Pawtucket. With a reclass and a situation where she’ll be challenged to an even higher degree, it’ll be interesting to see how Tiyara performs in NEPSAC. Tiyara has a chance to raise her stock significantly with prominent play coming from a lead guard position. If any schools on the next level are in need of a playmaking upbeat point guard, look no further.

Gonzalez has carved a name for herself as one of RI’s upper-class talents. Tiyara has risen above any doubt thrown her way and has developed into a true scholarship prospect. Tiyara will be a fun watch as she puts on as show in her final year.

Tiyara led the team in scoring and was featured in heavy minutes through the whole season. She’s highly conditioned so she can fly around the floor plus she won’t get tired while being highly productive. Gonzalez offers interesting fast paced playmaking as well as scoring that can provide a spark to any stagnant offense. She regularly attracts secondary attention and she’s also quite the on-ball defender. Guards can’t be sloppy with their handle around her; Tiyara will pluck any loose dribbling that she spots around her. The hounding persistence she shows on defense allows her to be effective on almost any point guard. She plays way above what her size states. There could very well be more offers to come.

Dubbed the new ‘Queen of Pawtucket’, Gonzalez’s name has been ringing bells all year now, but especially after last night. The headlines in many local RI publications have Tiyara’s special night highlighted. Not only did she become the school’s latest 1000-point scorer, but she played a large part in bringing back the program to great heights. Her dynamic ability is incredible and she packs a hefty punch while running the point. Considering her size, it’s astonishing how she’s able to take hold of the game. Gonzalez has surely proved she’s deserving of the scholarship attention she’s received. A spirted player such as herself can highly influence a team at the next level.
