Vanessa has been magnificent for her team this season. Even lately after some adversity and feeling under the weather Piscione was still able to drop a staggering 28 points in a recent game vs Chariho. St. Raphael won the game 46-38, in large part to Vanessa’s all-around game. She found her groove early on and was able to score in bunches as her teammates found her in the right spots. Her jump shot looked flawless, knocking down some early shots to energize the squad in a new role off the bench. In Vanessa’s last game, she scored a solid 15 points and she’s looking to carry the momentum to make a deep run in her senior campaign.

There’s a little magic in Piscione’s game. She frequently makes daring plays that aren’t easily replicated. Vanessa is an underrated talent that’s extremely versatile and can play multiple positions efficiently. She can score from just about anywhere and although the athleticism doesn’t jump off the page, her offensive are qualities are quite polished. Her passing skills are tremendous; she picks defenses apart, to a large extent because of her cross-court dimes. Vanessa also makes herself available in the halfcourt by diving towards the open space for guards to find her. On defense, she’s able to slide to many positions comfortably. Her high IQ allow her to be in the right spots.

Vanessa Piscione Vanessa Piscione 5'9" | SG St. Rays | 2025 State New E is one of the most intriguing and underrated 2025 prospects in the region. Vanessa is what most would call a point forward. She’s a jack-of-all-trades type of player that does just about everything on the floor. Piscione can make head scratching highlights and has a bit of wizardry in her game. The 5’10 point forward was making full court, one handed passes and showing off her complete arsenal of footwork moves in the post this live period. What’s most impressive about Vanessa’s game is her ability to excel in any scenario on the court, whether that’s in the halfcourt or out in transition. Piscione has such an impressive game and she was one of the more entertaining players to watch while she helped carry BCRI to some important wins.
