Violet has received attention from NSIC schools and currently holds an offer from University of Jamestown. I think it is only a matter of time until every school in that league offers Richman. She is a silky-smooth guard who is having an incredible sophomore season at Maple River. She set the school record for points in a game this season with 45 in a win against MPCG. She also had 8 rebounds and 3 assists in that game. She is valuable on both ends of the floor and has a very high ceiling as a recruit.

University of Jamestown has been on a tear offering North Dakota talent. Violet is the latest star from ND to get an offer to play high level D2 hoops at UJ. I think it is only a matter of time before more NSIC schools start throwing offers at her. She is a special talent with the ability to score and pass at an elite level. She continues to grow and gain strength each year and will be able to defend at that level. The 2nd-Team All-State player in 24-25 will likely make the 1st-Team in 25-26 and her remaining years of high school basketball.

Violet has all of the tools to be a very good college player at the point guard or off-guard position. She is incredibly skilled and shoots the ball well. She is able to create scoring opportunities in transition and is a threat everywhere in the half-court. She will need to continue working in the weight room to gain the strength that will be required in college, but I am confident she is the type of athlete to tackle that challenge.

Violet came in and looked super comfortable on the court against big-time competition. She is a smooth player on the floor and a true floor general. She handles the ball exceptionally well and is great at making decisions. She had the ball on a string yesterday and made many timely passes. She was super creative with the ball and was able to get any shot she wanted. She is really good off of the bounce.

Violet was the only Class B freshman to earn a spot on the All-State Team, making the 2nd-Team this season. She is a very skilled player and someone who has a high ceiling as a prospect. She is really good off the bounce and can create scoring opportunities with the ball. I would like to see her continue to improve and play off the ball at times going forward, something I think she will excel at. She is an incredible player and will be making noise for years to come.

In order to win big games, teams need to have a player like Violet. She is able to knock down key shots in key moments when her team needs it most. She is a steady ball-handler and doesn’t get frazzled against pressure defense. She is a true leader on the floor and it is really impressive to think she is only a freshman. She is going to lead the Raiders this postseason on a nice run.

Violet is an absolute beast on the floor and one of the best players in the entire state. She has the perfect frame for a college guard, standing at an athletic 5’8. She is incredibly skilled which indicates that she isn’t afraid to put time into her game in the offseason. Being great takes what it takes, and Violet doesn’t shy away from hard work. Her competitive nature is also shows how good of a college prospect she is. The ones who make it in college are incredibly competitive, and Violet checks that box. Finally, she is an elite shooter, something every team needs. Look for the recruiting scene to heat up with Violet this summer.

Violet is an exceptional talent. She made the All-District team as only a freshman, averaging 16.1 points per game. She also had 78 steals, 68 assists, and 47 three point makes. She is the total package offensively and is only going to get better. She has great footwork and rhythm in her shot and is able to use her athleticism to get to the rim. Violet is going to score a ton of points in her high school career and be a multi-year All-State selection going forward. More importantly, she is going to lead the Raiders to a lot of wins in her career.
