The speed alone is what makes Carter stand out, and on both ends, she displays it. Defensively, her speed shows a ton in the passing lane, and she also has the length to recover if knocked out of place. Offensively, she stretches the court, and you can fully commit, cause she can fake and speed right past you. A kid to definitely watch this summer.

Zaniyah can get it done on both ends of the court. She will create a turnover on the defensive end then finish it off by making a layup on offense. Zaniyah also has the ability to hit the outside shot making her a threat from all levels. The thing that really stuck out to me was how quick her hands were on defense. She will be one to watch over the next couple seasons.

Defense has been Carters calling card this season, but there have been a handful of games where you can see where her offensive skillset might reach. From the arc, she shows a strong sense of confidence, and even with her stature, she attacks the paint with the goal to score, not just to get fouled. Looking forward to seeing her compete this AAU season.
