She did a lot for her squad: Primary Ball Handler, Toughest Defensive Assignment and Scorer. She uses her strong frame and agility to get to the basket. She can post smaller guards on the block. She also uses a jumper to score and has 3 point range. Zaria not only lead her team in scoring. She was also ranked #24 in the state with 19.2 points including 4.6 rebounds and 3.7 steals per game.

Junior guard Zaria Moss Zaria Moss 5'7" | SG Arlington | 2027 State TN , has had a great regular season.
Through 18 recorded games, she is averaging 19.4 PPG. Moss mainly gets her points inside the arc, although she is a more than capable distance shooter. She is great at using her speed and strength to attack defenders, going downhill to create open space for a bucket. She is effective in attacking the basket on both sides, as she can score in the paint with her left and right hand. Moss’ touch around the basket is also at a high level, as she is capable of knocking down floaters.
One of her best games this season was against East Poinsett County High School, where she had 30 points.

Athletic Scoring Guard. Zaria just missed making the first 30/30 Club after a 28 point game against Ridgeway in early December. Shortly after that, she had a 29 point game against Houston. Last weekend, she made it official and scored 30 points against East Poinsett (AR). As of the writing of this article, Zaria is still leading District 15AAAA in scoring with 20.4 points per game.

She scored 28 points vs Ridgeway the night this article was originally published. She is very athletic and good at getting to the basket in traffic. She has 3 point shooting range, can shoot the mid range pull up and post up players on the block.

Athletic Scoring Guard. It’s been a couple of summers since I last saw Zaria play. I remember her as a fast attacking guard. My unofficial stats for her against Harding Academy was 15 points. She does a lot for Arlington. She is the primary ball handler. She is a defender and had the assignment of guarding Bella Rose Austin Bella Rose Austin 5'7" | SF Harding Academy | 2027 State TN . She is a leaper and did an amazing job getting back on transition defense and blocked a lay up. She is very good at using the euro step to get through traffic at the basket to score. She has a mid range jumper and can also post up players on the block.
