The stature Williams brings has an immediate impact on the defensive side of the ball from the free-throw line down. She is good for a minimum of 1-2 blocks per game. She isn’t afraid to be physical when it’s needed and has enough in the tank to battle for a couple of seconds while fighting for a rebound. She is tough and not one to let things happen easily in the paint. On the other end is where the skill work will need to grow, and at this age, she has nothing but time. Simplicity on offense will really take her game to another level.

Williams has power- when she commits to taking the rock to the basket, she’s gonna plow through opponents! Active on the boards! I like her potential- she has a high ceiling! (Below in white uniform)

She has good size to her frame where she can play physical under the boards. On the defensive end, she came up with a nice block and she just needs to develop more of a physical presence on the board on a consistent basis. Hopefully she gets in the gym. This summer works on footwork and finishing at the rim, it will really strengthen her overall game!
