One prospect I am excited about at the next level. As Tennessee Tech moves conferences, they will do so with a core of kids, and Zoey will have another battery mate with Maliyah Glaspar Maliyah Glaspar 5'6" | PG Gatlinburg-Pittman | 2026 State TN . A kid who can create for herself, she also opens the floor for others and can deliver passes, leaving defensemen scratching their heads. She can shoot from all over the floor, but her creativity and ability to secure the ball are truly great. She is a heady ballplayer who knows a defense’s weaknesses and exploits them. She will even get after it on defense, locking up the opposition. A solid ballplayer who will probably be called upon early and often.

This kid is a magician with the ball in her hands. Great change-of-pace player who can score and dish it with the best of them. She is solid on both ends of the floor, but her offensive game is magnificent.  Averaged 30 ppg, 7.9 rebounds, and 5 assists. Let me go ahead and mention the 2.3 steals per game as well. This kid was a killer on the floor. Tennessee Tech is getting a dynamic playing PG coming to the Eagles’ nest.

Surpassed the 2500 point mark as her club moves onto the next round. This special talent always seems to be in a position to make the right play. From drawing two and kicking or creating for herself, she is a finisher who can put the ball in the net from multiple spots on the floor. A heady floor general that has these Lady Bobcats playing at another level. 

Handles. Check. Shot-making ability. Check. Creativity. Check. Defense. Check. This young lady checks a lot of boxes as she is a dynamic playmaker hailing from the plateau. Using her speed and quickness, she can exploit an opponent’s weaknesses. From knocking down shots all over the court to facilitating the pass to her teammates, she is a difference-maker who is hard to tame. Once she is on, it’s game over as she can carve up an opponent in a multitude of ways. She will be going to Tennessee Tech next season, giving the Lady Eagles another solid guard to add to their flock. Before it’s all said and done, you better believe she is going to do whatever she can to help PC capture the gold ball this postseason.

So many adjectives could describe her style of play, but she is truly a gamer. A kid who shines bright when the lights come on. She is a tough outing and teams struggle to contain her. It doesn’t matter whether she is scoring or facilitating the rock; her presence is a threat wherever she is. Look for her to be the leading catalyst for PC. The team is consistently tough during the tournament, and when Zoey is on the floor, it makes them even tougher.

 A dynamic ballplayer who has a little flair to her game. This kid is tough, and Tennessee Tech is getting a steal in this young lady. She is a dynamic ballhandler who can take her opponent off the dribble. Yeah, she can finish at the rim, pull-up, knock down the threes, but what I love about her the most is her passing ability. Her ability to make things happen with the ball in her hands is second to none. Her stats: 30.0 ppg, 8.0 rpg, 5.0 apg. She is a prolific game-changer who has her team positioned for a deep run. A solid kid who is the truth.

A dynamic ballplayer who is a fantastic creator. She can score from all-three levels, but what impresses me more is how she gets her teammates involved. She can take her girl off the dribble or spot up along the arc and knock down the 3-ball at a high clip. She is heading to TN Tech next year, where she will surely add athleticism to their roster. This kid is solid on both ends of the floor and will look to lead Pickett Co. back to state contention this season.

Zoey Nicholas Zoey Nicholas 5'9" | SG Pickett Co. | 2026 State TN had several big scoring games in her junior season, and that should continue in her senior season.

Nicholas has the ability to score in a multitude of ways. She has a good three-point shot, but can also score in and around the paint. One of the ways she does this is by cutting. If she sees an open spot, she is good at getting to it and hitting the shot if she is given the opportunity.

On defense, Nicholas is a good wing defender and is capable of guarding bigs in some instances.

This young lady will be soaring at Tennessee Tech. She, too, is a PG who I have said in earlier writing, is a magician with the ball. She can score it at will, but attacking the rim and throwing a behind-the-back pass, over-the-shoulder pass, or simply dumping it off, well, her ability to make timely assists is crazy good. She just goes out and plays and doesn’t second-guess herself. She lets her athletic ability take over, and watching her play is like watching a conductor conduct a symphony. She will be a great addition to the TTU program and will go in there ready to compete right away. Until then, she will look to lead PC this year back to state contention.

In my opinion, she is a magician with the ball. She is going to give you a little flare to her game. She is going to carve you up, hitting you with a combo move prior to her attacking the gap. She has a nice feel for where the help will be coming from and adapting to the situation. She will drop dimes with ease, throwing it cleanly or passing it behind her back. She will shoot it as well, so you can’t sleep on that part of her game. A multi-level scoring threat who just hoops. This get is special and one that elevates the play of those around her.
