About The Program
MENTALITY: The difference between good and Great! Founded in 2016 by Kansas City basketball icon Michael Watson, MENTALITY is a nonprofit youth sports organization designed to inspire boys and girls ages 6-18 in the Greater Kansas City area. We focus on fostering the growth of youth through Arts, Athletics, and Academics—the three pillars that drive our mission to develop well-rounded individuals ready to excel both on and off the field. What We Offer • Youth Basketball Teams: Boys and girls (Lady MENTALITY) teams with a focus on skill development, teamwork, and competition.
