Here, I take a look at a few players, and break them down as prospects!
Team:
• Leah Riley (5’7” / CG): Riley is a slashing threat, that is really tough for her size. A player that can absorb contact through the lane, and still finish! Riley is a threat to score in the mid-range as well, where she has an exceptional jumper.
• Cadence Boyd (5’4” / PG): Boyd is a terrific ball handler, and will take much of that load. Has the ability to run the offense from the lead guard position. A scrappy defender that can really get after it. The freshman is another knockdown shooter from deep, also.
• Jenna Van schaik (5’7” / SG): The freshman can absolutely score it from all over. A player you don’t want to give a good look from anywhere on the court. On defense, Jenna is a hawk on-ball. A threat to knock them down at the free throw line.
• Paige Ayler (5’6” / SG-SF): Paige Ayler is a capable rebounder from the two-three position. Can shoot the three ball very well, a perimeter styled player. The freshman is very good at the free throw line, where she shoots 85%.
• Bailey Broughton (5’8” /SG-SF): Broughton is a very physical player. The team’s best rebounder. Has the ability to get to the basket and finish through contact. Tough around the rim.
