One of the state's most talented clubs is also one that is relatively new to the scene, Ohio Elite. The Southwest Ohio-based club has not been around the scene for too many years, but they are loaded from top to bottom with players who can play at the next level.
There are two teams of older players looking to make some noise this summer, and it all starts this weekend at The Clash in Cincinnati.

<strong>3 players to watch: Amy Velasco </strong>a highly skilled, gritty, tenacious floor general that makes everyone around her better. Pinpoint passing with flawless decision making. Control of the floor running offenses and quarterbacking defenses. Can score at all 3 levels, with long distance range, a quick release pull up and floater, as well as ambidextrous finishing at the rim. <strong>Nyla Hampton </strong>can play in any system, uptempo, slow pace and pick & roll, chin action. Lock down defender with pinpoint 3-point accuracy. Changes speeds and elevated at the rim on finishes over bigs. Fully understands the game with the highest basketball IQ, like having an assistant coach on the floor. <strong>Skye Williams </strong>long, athletic guard, ultra quick laterally, with strong finishing ability. Step back jumper is unguardable at her height. Her length and quickness translate to her defense. Elite athleticism coupled with elite basketball skills.
<strong>2 sleepers this summer:</strong> <strong>Caitlin Elseser</strong> is a player with a solid frame, excellent shooting form with high release, strong ambidextrous finishes, power rebounding, and is a shot blocker. Runs the floor like a guard, has a very high basketball IQ and has a high motor. She may be the best big you have never seen! <strong>Julia Keller </strong> is highly skilled, unblockable jump hook, can knock down a 3 and has a quick pull up. Has great hands, and always makes the right pass. Sneaky scoring at all levels including the three-point line.
