Journey to the Tourney- Day 2 games

If you miss the games on Saturday, there will be plenty of outstanding players and teams to see Sunday at Lakota West High School on the second day of the Journey to the Tourney, an event hosted by OGBR. 9:00am- Franklin vs Sycamore: [player_tooltip player_id="91121" first="Jordan" last="Rogers"] is back to lead Franklin this season, as the junior looks to take over the primary scoring role this year. Kristin Earles also back, as is Brooke Stover. Sycamore has 6-1 senior [player_tooltip player_id="89334" first="Aliah" last="McWhorter"] back as their leading scorer, and 6-0 junior Briana Counts is also a huge factor. Watch for sophomore Leah Riley. 10:30am- Springfield vs Reynoldsburg: High scoring junior Mickayla Perdue, who has narrowed down her choices to five, leads the way for Springfield. Perdue will be leading a young squad this season. Reynoldsburg brings in senior [player_tooltip player_id="89291" first="Kyria" last="Walker"] and is generally one of the most consistent programs in Ohio. 12:00pm- Kettering Fairmont vs Hamilton Heights (TN): both teams also plays Saturday. 1:30pm- Pickerington Central vs New Hope Academy (MD): [player_tooltip player_id="89332" first="Nicole" last="Stephens"] is ranked #15 in Ohio in the 2020 class for Pickerington Central, and junior [player_tooltip player_id="91064" first="Skye" last="Williams"] returns as the #5 junior per PGH Ohio. [player_tooltip player_id="32564" first="Jocelyn" last="Tate"] also landed in the top ten, ranked #9 in the 2021 class. They will need to be on their game to battle with New Hope Academy, who also plays Saturday. 3:00pm- Huber Heights Wayne vs Toledo Notre Dame: While Wayne was previewed on Saturdays games, TND brings in the #2 2022 in Ohio Grace VanSlooten, being recruited by everyone. Also [player_tooltip player_id="91125" first="Olivia" last="Sims"] is a 5-8 2021 who will be a factor. 4:30pm- Mercy McAuley vs Newark: both teams were previewed for their games on Saturday. 6:00pm- Mount Notre Dame vs Gahanna Lincoln: Players to watch for Gahanna Lincoln include seniors Kennedy Lewis, [player_tooltip player_id="32538" first="Morgan" last="Darnell"] and #19 ranked [player_tooltip player_id="89336" first="Edyn" last="Battle"], along with juniors [player_tooltip player_id="91097" first="Neomi" last="Glover"] and [player_tooltip player_id="32581" first="Naomi" last="Johnson"]. MND was also previewed for their Saturday game. 7:30pm- Lakota West vs Springboro: Springboro has a lot of weapons, including seniors Olivia Majors, Jordan Crace and McKel Nation (Gannon U), juniors [player_tooltip player_id="91102" first="Jordan" last="Hobbs"] (Rice) and Peyton Nation, along with sophomore [player_tooltip player_id="32601" first="Haley" last="Crozier"]. Lakota West was previewed for their first game.
