The AIA season has come to a close, and nine AIA competitors averaged 11 or more boards per game, helping their teams gain possession on missed shots.
<strong>Abbigail Coquitt</strong>, a sophomore from 1A’s Mayer, was the leader with 18.4 boards on average. She was just one of two sophomores of the nine. In the lead was the seniors, which had four players of the nine. <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="135742" first="Dominique" last="Acosta"]</strong> of Nogales was the top senior, averaging 13.3 per game. She was one of the 4 5A players on the list, which comprised the most of any conference.
