Arizona Gems 360 Showcase: Day One Standouts

There was talent of all ages, from middle school to high school. She was active on both ends; she played with solid fundamentals and made the right reads without forcing the action. Right back in the gym like the good ones do. Ribbens continues to work on her craft. She's a three-level scorer with good instincts and physicality. She attacked downhill offensively and applied consistent pressure defensively with quick, disruptive hands. She plays with pace, understands spacing, and continues to show growth as a well-rounded guard. Romaya shows all the attributes that you would expect from a coach's kid. Even when defenders gave her space, she still found a way to go by them. Tough matchup because she's comfortable scoring from multiple levels. She disrupted defensively and showed the ability to step out to knock down perimeter shots.
