2020, 5’10, CG, Oaks Christian HS, Taylor Donaldson Taylor Donaldson 5'9" | SG Oaks Christian | 2020 State CA – Taylor has become a shotmaker starting thru the summer club season months and has just improved her shot tremendously over this past year. She can dribble hard at you and pull up in your face or take you off the dribble and stop on a dime and nail the shot, she is very dangerous on the floor either wide open or not. She is a killer from deep.
2020, 5’4, PG, Orangewood Academy HS, Sydney Gandy Sydney Gandy 5'5" | PG Los Alamitos | 2020 State CA – Sydney is a killer as well, she has one of the most purest shot forms in the game today. She knocks them down from deep and can score with her jumper at all three levels on the court. Pull up off the dribble, take you off the dribble, shoot off the catch is all in her skill set. She will set records at Idaho when she touches the floor.
2020, 5’8, PG, Bishop Amat HS, Mia Ross – Mia is a shooter supreme as well as an all-around scorer in our book, she is gifted and for the life of me, I do not know why she is still available. She can knock the three pointer down from about 24 feet, she can get to the rim and score, she can float it in the paint. Mia shooting improved each and every time I watched her play this year, she is gonna make for a great recruit for whoever recruits her. Great kid as well, I personally will find out what is the deal with her recruiting.
2020, 5’7, SG, Bishop Amat HS, Jessica Quinonez – Jessica is the Robin to Mias Batman, she is a shot maker as well, if you leave her alone on the floor, it will be a straight splash bucket for her. She knocked down a few three pointers this year, well she knocked down at least two of them per game. We were impressed with her skill set and think she made shots with no effort. Great kid and attitude, coaches take a look at this one.
2021, 5’5, SG, Corona Centennial HS, Jayda Curry Jayda Curry 5'6" | PG Corona Centennial | 2021 State CA – Everyone knows Jayda, she is a dynamic guard on the floor that plays with a ton of confidence and swagger. She will pull up from anywhere on the floor and she is a shot maker as well, keep her defenders on their toes when guarding her. Her skill set is immaculate and she is one of the premier guards in California for her class. She is tough to guard and is a problem on the floor at all times.
2021, 5’10, SF, Villa Park HS, Sophia Santangelo Sophia Santangelo 5'11" | SF Villa Park HS | 2021 State CA – Sophia is an unorthodox shooter, but she is very efficient on the floor and if you get her the ball, she can make can get hot and make 3-4 in a row. She can catch and shoot it from all three levels and if you try and run her off the ball, she will find a way to score no matter what. She needs to improve her defensive game, but she is definitely a shot maker.
2021, 5’4, SG, Long Beach Wilson HS, Ashley Hawkins Ashley Hawkins 5'6" | PG Long Beach Wilson | 2021 State CA – Ashley runs her team and does the best she can to make plays for her team, but she is a shot maker as well. She gets love from her teammates on the floor and they always seem to find her and she scores. She is fiesty and deceptive, but Ashley is able to help her team win each and every night.
2021, 5’7, SG, Bonita Vista HS (San Diego), Julia Cosalan Julia Cosalan 5'7" | SG Bonita Vista HS | 2021 State CA – Julia is that shooter you cannot leave open for a shot at anytime, because she will knock it down. She can handle the ball with consistency, she can shoot the three pointer and is working on her get to the rim game. She can make shots and she made six three pointers in this game and most of them were from about 23 feet out, she has range for sure.
2022, 5’6, PG/SG, Esperanza HS, Alyssa Kubo – This kid is very deceptive, she is gifted in the way that she can score of the catch, score of the bounce and can swing thru and get you off the dribble. She is very efficient and has a nice stroke on the ball, gets it off with a quick release. She is athletic and very good on the defensive side of the ball, she has many skills that make her very tough on the floor. She will be a top scorer in the near future, she shoots it very well.
2023, 5’11, SF, Ontario Christian HS, Chloe Briggs Chloe Briggs 6'0" | SF Ontario Christian HS | 2023 State CA – Chloe is special, she can put up numbers in a hurry and she does it anyway you like. She has great size and is always on the attack, she has worked on her skill set for awhile and it shows with the nice stroke from outside and the athleticism used to get to the rim. She probably has about 30 twenty points games this year, she is a bucket getter, whenever her team needs a score.
2023, 5’5, PG, Rancho Christian HS, Tia Barefield – Tia is a born to be point guard with the mindset of a scorer with a nice stroke on her shot. She is quick, she is crafty with the dribble and can get to many spots on the floor and score with her athleticism. She can run your offense and is a born leader for her team, assist others to score, can break down her defender and drop them off at the bucket. She is really special and can be a top point guard by her junior year. Watch for this one coaches, she is gonna be a player.
