2A Semi-Final: #1 Cascade (32) vs. #4 Osage (46)
Cascade and Osage locked into a low scoring battle in the first 2A semi-final of the day. The teams were tied at 12 at the half and Osage scored just two points in the second quarter. Both teams combined to shoot the ball at a 20 percent clip in the first half. It wasn’t until the fourth quarter when the scoring finally got going. Osage scored 26 points in the fourth quarter as they were 13-of-14 from the foul line to salt away the game. Osage came out in a 2-3 zone and it really was able to hamper Cascade as they shot the ball very poorly. Osage moves onto the state championship as they win a defensive battle.
