This article should address all of the questions College Coaches are asking about these kids in the evaluation. We know that these times of the Corona Virus Pandemic is trying and has changed the face of recruiting forever in my opinion. Hope you enjoy the evals.
#3: 2023, 5’10, SF, Ontario Christian HS, Chloe Briggs Chloe Briggs 6'0" | SF Ontario Christian HS | 2023 State CA – Chloe moved up to #3 out of no where, she was a big surprise to us when we watched her play the few times, this kid was amazing. She could put the ball in the whole so many ways, it was scary to watch, cause it was not fair to her opponents while they tried to stop her from scoring. Unselfish in her approach to the game and just a great player to watch play basketball.
#8: 2023, 6’1, SF, Eisenhower HS, Sa’lah Hemingway Sa’lah Hemingway 6'1" | SF Eisenhower HS | 2023 State CA – Sa’lah is a stunner as well, she has size and length and knows how to use it in the paint and from the midrange area. She is engaged in the game each and every time you see her play on the floor, she is strong and in good shape, which makes it hard for forwards to guard her running down the floor. Excellent rebounder and put back specialist, this kid will be a major talent by the time she is a senior.
#13: 2023, 6’0, PF, Bonita Vista HS (San Diego), Madison Canon Madison Canon 6'0" | PF Eastlake | 2023 State CA – Madison is a bull in a china shop as we like to say about her game and that is not in bad way. She is tough, rugged, strong and loves to impose her will in the paint over her opponents. She is defensive minded, she blocks shots, but her specialty is finishing under the rim with either hand, left or right shoulder shots in the paint. Madison can also swing thru from the freethrow line and take you with a two dribbles to the rim and finish thru contact. Very good at drawing fouls as she goes to the rim, love that about her.
#17: 2023, 5’4, PG, Corona Centennial HS, Sydni Summers Sydni Summers 5'4" | CG Corona Centennial HS | 2023 State CA s – Sydni is a tough customer at the point guard position, she is tough, she is quick and she is very crafty with her skill set. She is a threat to score at anytime on the floor, but her specialty is knocking down the long ball if you back up or leave her open for the shot. There is no shame in her game and to boot, she is a lock down defender and is determined to stop you from scoring any point, takes pride in it, two-way player in my book.
#31: 2023, 5’5, PG, JW North HS, Majesty Cade Majesty Cade 5'9" | CG Etiwanda | 2023 State CA – Majesty is a firecracker on the floor, she is fiesty, she is crafty with the handles and skill set, she is a definite player in our book. Makes the right passes when she is suppose to, advances the ball up the floor on the break and is a willing defender. Shoots the ball well from all three levels and it is demonstrated as she plays with a type of aggression like no one else. She is a genuine slasher and can get buckets in a hurry.
