Sincere Hicks
Hicks is a 5’5” guard from Daniel High School in Central, SC. She is in the c/o 2021. Hicks can take over a game with her ball handling and aggressiveness. She is a scorer! She finds ways to score when her team needs her to step up. That’s the sign of a winner! Sincere sees the floor very well and does a great job finding open teammates. She is a playmaker. Hicks has good quickness and understands the game well. Hopefully this summer she will improve her overall game as she can be one of the better players in the state. The next step for Hicks is to make her teammates better by leading and taking her team deep into the playoffs.
Riley Stack
Stack(c/o 23) is a 6’2” forward, center from Wren High School in Piedmont, SC. Stack is active around the basket as she is a very good shot blocker and rebounder. She alters the game on the defensive end. The opponents struggle to get any rhythm going inside. Opponents are trying to find where she is to avoid her shot blocking ability. There have been times where she’s had 3-5 blocks a game! Stack also has good touch around the rim on offense. Look for her to be a major force this upcoming season on a talented Wren team.
Destiney Hoover
Hoover is a, 5’7” guard for Seneca High School in Seneca, SC. She is in the class of 2023. Hoover is a smart guard who can pass and find the open player. She looks smooth on the court and plays with a lot of confidence. Hoover is an outstanding shooter. She can hit the open jumper with ease. She led her team to the upper state finals this past season and with that experience under her belt, she is on track to have another great season. As Hoover develops, gets stronger and grows her overall game, she will be a force to deal with next season.
Somaria Webb
Webb is a c/o 22 guard from Pendleton High School in Pendleton, SC. Webb, 5’8“, is an active guard who is around the ball all the time. You can find her stealing the ball and going in for lay-ups, or getting tips to start the break. Either way you look at it, she is around the ball. She dribbles well enough in half court sets to get to the rim and she can knock down the jumper. She is one to keep an eye on in the upcoming season.
