<span style="font-weight: 400">Grassroots Spotlight - SC 76ers Black - 17U</span> &nbsp; <span style="font-weight: 400">The South Carolina 76ers organization has been 1 of the top Grassroots teams in the Palmetto state over the last decade, they joined the Under Armour association in 2019 and have a very strong group of teams this year, I spoke with Program Director: Roger Wiley - To get an idea of the rosters.</span> &nbsp; <span style="font-weight: 400">Taylor Henderson - 2021 - 5’10” - Guard - Myers Park High School - Athletic player that can do everything on the court, is a slasher that can finish in traffic but is also a shooter with a quick release and range to beyond the 3-Pt line. Aggressive defender that can lock up opponents perimeter players and also rebounds extremely well for a guard. Has picked up multiple Division 1 offers this year.</span> <span style="font-weight: 400">Jordan Dorsey - 2021 - 5’10” - Guard - Cross Creek High School - Strong athletic player that is a matchup problem on the offensive side of the floor, can score the ball consistently on the interior and mid-range with a strong jump shot. Outstanding defender that can play against multiple players on the court, strong ball handler that can attack and she really plays well in transition.</span> <span style="font-weight: 400">[player_tooltip player_id="124104" first="Milaysia" last="Fulwiley"] - 2023 - 5’7” - Guard - Keenan High School - The most exciting player in South Carolina Basketball, won her 2nd SCHSL State Championship in her freshman year. #14 Ranked player in ESPN 2023 ranking, Elite athlete that can control the flow of the game with her defensive ability. 3 level scorer that is tough to stop 1 on 1 and has extended her range out to the 3-Pt line consistently this year.</span> <span style="font-weight: 400">[player_tooltip player_id="124089" first="Ashlyn" last="Watkins"] - 2022 - 6’2’ - Forward - Cardinal Newman High School - Dominate front court player that can protect the paint and extend her defense out to the perimeter, Elite athlete that has been dunking on regulation rims since 7th grade. #12 Ranked player in ESPN Class of 2022, Won consecutive SCISAA 3A State Championships in 2020 and is currently being recruited by High Major Division 1 colleges.</span> <span style="font-weight: 400">Kennedy Simpson - 2021 - 6’1” - Forward - Mallard Creek High School - Skilled player that can matchup on the perimeter or on the block with opponents, has the ability to be a major matchup problem on the court.  Advanced Offensive skills that can score at all 3 levels, Interior defender with strong footwork. This summer will help to get her in front of more college coaches.</span> <span style="font-weight: 400">[player_tooltip player_id="124075" first="Victoria" last="Jordan"] - 2021 - 6’0” - Forward - Catawba Ridge High School - Extremely athletic interior scorer that has the ability to switch and guard perimeter players as well, developing offensive game that includes mid-range jump shot and alashing ability from the perimeter. Leaping abiliity that allows her to clean the glass against taller players and can handle and sass the ball very well.</span> <span style="font-weight: 400">Jasmine Fearne - 2022 - 5’11” - Guard - Hickory Ridge High School - Skilled perimeter player that can stretch the defense with great form and range on her jump shot, can hit it from behind the 3-Pt line. Came from Australia and really has adapted well to the American game, uses her High IQ to find spots on the floor to score, interior defender that is developing good defensive footwork.</span> <span style="font-weight: 400">Keona Curtis - 2022 - 6’2” - Forward - Grovetown High School - Long armed rim protector that is coming off a great high school season, was her region player of the year and is looking to bring that momentum into this summer. Strong interior scorer that can rebound and finish in traffic, this will be a great summer for her recruitment.</span> <span style="font-weight: 400">Zoey Ward - 2022 - 5’11” - Wing - Ashbrook High School - Skilled player that can score the basketball with high efficiency from anywhere on the court, has a strong frame and shot form that extends her range to beyond the 3-Pt line. Good ball handler that can attack the rim and finish in traffic, is a versatile player that can switch on defense and communicates very well on the floor.</span>
