Over the next few days, we will take a look at the players who saw their stock rise since the last rankings.
Here are 5 players who have seen their stock rise from the last rankings back in October.
Hailey Weaver Hailey Weaver 5'11" | SG Solon | 2021 State #92 Nation OH , 6’0 Solon
Weaver is a Northwestern Huskies commit – where she can make an immediate impact. Her length and athleticism are traits that are players wish they had. She is dynamic in transition – where she can fill the lanes and score or create offense for her teammates. Hailey is a solid rebounder from the perimeter.

Shumate is a winner, leading her Newark team to the State Final 4 – before COVID-19 forced the cancellation of the season’s last weekend. She is headed to West Virginia to play for the Mountaineers and her skill-level should translate well to the collegiate game. Emma has a high, quick release on jumper – with outstanding range. She uses her long arms to get a number of deflections and can play anywhere in a press or zone.
Arianna Smith Arianna Smith 6'2" | PF Africentric | 2021 State OH , 6’2 Columbus Africentric
Smith has obviously played with some outstanding talent during her first three years at Africentric. While she hasn’t been relied on to score the ball (she is more than capable of doing so), Arianna has established herself as one of the state’s premier defenders. She rebounds the ball and blocks shots at an elite level – changing games consistently on the defensive side of the floor.
Zoe Miller Zoe Miller 5'11" | C Hiland | 2021 State OH , 5’11 Berlin Hiland
[player_tooltip player_id="91075" first="Zoe" last="Miller"] had another outstanding season at Berlin Hiland. (Photo Credit – Canton Rep) Zoe Miller Zoe Miller 5'11" | C Hiland | 2021 State OH was the leader of what many people think is Hiland’s most-talented team ever – and that is saying a lot for a program that has won 5 state championships. Miller is a physical presence around the rim, who hits the offensive boards at a high rate. She has added a solid, consistent perimeter game, stepping out to make 3-pointers, while also abusing defenders off of the dribble. Miller will play collegiately at Bowling Green.
Karli Anker Karli Anker 5'7" | CG Akron Manchester | 2021 State OH , 5’8 Akron Manchester
Although Anker’s Akron Manchester team ended up fizzling out – it wasn’t due to her efforts. The point guard averaged over 20 points per game, despite facing junk defenses and double-teams on a nightly basis. She continues to be a good playmaker and defends on the ball at a high level.
