Eastern Ohio 2021 to Watch- pt. 2

We continue our Eastern Ohio coverage with the second part of the 2021 prospects. Coletta Miller, 5-10 Minerva Good combo guard with range out beyond the arc. Can come off of screens well and get herself in positions to score. Good handles, under control and has the abillity to score from the midrange. Pushes the tempo, can find the open player for a better shot. Runs the floor well and sees the floor. Not afraid of contact around the rim, can score with either hand. Solid on-ball defender, disrupts and creates opportunities for her team. Combo guards with good handles and has the ability to score with either hand at the rim. Katie has a good basketball IQ. A good midrange shooter who can also get by her defender and score at the rim. Averee Vaughn, 5-7 Zanesville Maysville She continues to work on her game and improve in different aspects. One thing she is known for is her ability to score from the perimeter. As she develops her game, she will develop into a player to watch for the next level. Good defender in the paint, can block shots with good control. Good anticipation on defense, nose for the ball and looks to find her teammates for the best shot. Katrina Rolince, 5-7 Millersburg West Holmes Great anticipation for the ball on defense, good on-ball defender. Can run the floor well in transition with good instincts to find the moving player, or can score on her own. Katrina handles the ball well with both hands. Can score from beyond the arc. She is equally as impressive on the offensive boards as she is on the defensive end. The Bowling Green recruit has improved her game every year under the guidance of the great Hiland coaching staff, and has put together the complete package.
