Christina Dalce Christina Dalce 6'2" | SF Rutgers Prep | 2021 State NJ (2021) | Rutgers Prep
Dalce led one of the top programs in the state this season. She is not only one of the best bigs in Somerset county, she is one of the best players in the state. Dalce averaged 14.4 points and 10.5 rebounds per game. She is extremely talented in the post with a soft touch around the rim. Dalce is an incredible athlete with great agility. She is a talented passer as well when a double-team comes at her in the paint. Dalce will have one more season at Rutgers Prep and will be a must watch player.
Delaney Donohoe (2021) | Ridge
Donohoe manned the middle for Ridge this season. She was a model of consistency for the team. Donohoe was effective on both ends of the floor scoring 10 points per game and grabbing 8.3 rebounds. She led the team in rebounding and blocks. Donohoe showed great hands and quick footwork in the paint which helped on both ends.
Laurant Morris (2021) | Bound Brook
What a year it was for Bound Brook. They won 26 games led by their guard heavy lineup. Morris was the force down low that kept the floor balanced. She averaged nearly eight rebounds per game and was a strong presence on the defensive end. Morris was one center that you could plug in the middle and trust her to do her job and do it well.
Kyierah Dempsey-Toney (2021) | Franklin
Franklin is losing Keona Schneck but Toney is back for one more season and that is a big deal for the 24 win team. She averaged over eight rebounds per game and blocked 2.5 shots per contest. Toney was not a big time scorer during her junior campaign but her role will increase in 2020-2021.
Ja’Nya Mills (2021) | Somerville
Mills was one of the top rebounds on Somerville this season. She provided a strong inside presence for Meghan Pedrani on the perimeter. Mills finished second on the team in rebounds and blocks. She has excellent instincts and anticipation on the defensive end.
